Training Sport does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or change medication or insulin. Stop exercise and seek qualified medical care for acute symptoms. Users with higher-risk health conditions may be asked to obtain professional clearance before programming is provided.
ترينينغ سبورت لا يشخّص الحالات الطبية ولا يصف الأدوية ولا يغيّر جرعات الأدوية أو الإنسولين. أوقف التمرين واطلب رعاية طبية مختصة عند الأعراض الحادة. وقد يُطلب من أصحاب الحالات الأعلى خطورة الحصول على موافقة مختص قبل تقديم البرنامج.
Plans are generated from the information you provide and deterministic product rules. Results vary between people. You remain responsible for selecting suitable loads, using safe technique and stopping when pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms occur.

Paid plan access is granted only after server-side verification of successful payment or a valid 100% discount entitlement. Pending, failed, cancelled, refunded or unverified payments do not grant paid access. Refund handling follows the applicable checkout and consumer rules presented at purchase.
